nightmare...

have you ever had a nightmare, or dream in general that you can't stop thinking of? but the thing is that you don't have any idea what it's about. you wake up knowing your dream was bad but can't recall what happened. and your mind can't help but think of this all day. i don't even know what my mind can be thinking about because theres NOTHING about the dream i can think about.
